 Max Healthcare, one of India’s leading healthcare providers introduced ‘Max@Home’, their home-based healthcare service offering/ programme. Max@Home has been launched as a specialized Continued Careprogramme, backed by Max Healthcare’s credible 12-hospital network – which will enable patients and care-givers to experience world-class healthcare services in comfortable premises of their homes.


The programme facilitates real-time patient monitoring by connecting doctors, dedicated case managers, trained nursing staff and emergency services through an efficient technology-infrastructure created by WIPRO. Planned as a bouquet of over 15 specialized services – the highest ever by an organized healthcare provider – a 9-month pilot of Max@Home has already served over 20,000 satisfied customers.  Max@Home will be offering homecare services through a 300 strong highly trained staff, addressing the growing demand for long-stay and palliative care even in tertiary specializations like Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology and Orthopaedics.

Max@Home begins with a careful diagnosis and treatment plan. Post careful mapping of patient needs, relevant doctors are connected to them, regular complimentary supervisory visits are conducted as service checks, measures like free infection surveillance at home are provided to maintain hygiene standards, along with convenient collection of lab samples and medicine delivery. A dedicated case manager monitors the situation and ensures timely escalation of any condition, including seamless access to ambulance services from Max Healthcare, in medical emergencies.

Max@Home has been built on a strong digital platform by WIPRO, which enhances patient experience through intuitive mobility solutions.
